* Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

* Free shipping will be provided for all orders over $75.

* Shipping prices will be calculated at check out based on the weight of your order and shipping speed you prefer. 

* Rates:

Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders $75.00 and up

Standard shipping: 0-1lb $4.99, 1.1-5lb $7.00

Expedited shipping: 0-1lb $8.50, 1.1-5lb $14.50

* Standard and expedited shipping are available for all orders.

* If you need your order by a specific deadline please contact us with your order number at support@pacificaveboutique.com right after placing your order. We will do our best to expedite the processing time. 

* Orders will be shipped using USPS, or UPS

* We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier for lost or damaged packages.
